- All of our cabins have a 2 night minimum.
Holidays and special events may require a 3 night stay.
- Payable upon Arrival: Security
Deposit of $500 in the form of credit card, cash, cashiers check or money order . We will
request a credit card at the time your reservation is made.
This is a security/cleaning deposit, and will be held until the
cabin has been checked for cleanliness and/or damage. If damage is
found at a later date, you are still responsible for any damage
done by your group.
- Payable on or before arrival: Rental to be
paid in full by money order, cashiers check or cash. Personal

Rentals. Deposit checks sent to hold your cabin reservation must be at
least equal to one night's rent and are non- refundable unless cabin

- Pets are only permitted in
designated "Pet Friendly" cabins. If you breech
these terms
you will forfeit your
security deposit and your reservation will be terminated.

/ Check out time is 12:00 Noon. Late
check-in or check-out must be arranged with our office prior to you arrival.
Delayed check-out without prior notification may be subject to an

- All cabins have a designated
number of persons allowed in the cabin, which can not be exceeded. You must make prior arrangements with
our office at the time of your reservation if you plan to have more than the
designated number of people. Upon check-in you will be asked how
many persons are in your party. If you have more people than stated,
your reservation will be terminated, you will loose your rental
fee and your security deposit.
- All cars parked at cabins must fit in the
existing driveway. No street parking is allowed. Overflow parking is
available at the clubhouse.
- Our cabins are "housekeeping
cabins". Which means the renter agrees to leave the cabin as clean as
they found it. Cleaning supplies are provided in all cabins. We do
not automatically provide a cleaning service but you may request a
cleaning at your cost at the time you make your reservation. If you
do not clean your cabin as required your security deposit will be
used to cover the cost of cleaning and trash removal as needed.
- There is no smoking in any of our cabins.
Smoking in any cabin is grounds for removal and your security
deposit will pay for any cleaning or repairs that need to be done.
- Pine Mountain Club is a
homeowners association governed by a set of rules. If you as the
renter violates any of the association rules your reservation will
be terminated.
- Due to our remote mountain setting our weather
conditions can become hazardous. It is the renters responsibility to
know what weather conditions exist in Pine Mountain Club and to properly prepare for
those conditions, example: during the winter the CHP requires
people traveling to our area to carry snow chains. During your stay
in Pine Mountain Club you must also carry your
reservation paperwork with you. If there is
a road closure you must show your paperwork to the Sheriff/CHP in
order to access the area. If you need to cancel your reservation
due to weather conditions see #3 above.
- Due to our remote location
power outages can be frequent and can happen at any time of the
year. Depending on the weather conditions at the time of the power
outage it can take a long time (days) to get the power restored to
our area. During an outage most of our cabins will not have heat and
some will not have water. Some of our cabin owners have requested
that no renters stay in their cabin if there is no power due to
safety concerns. If you are in a cabin during a power outage and are
asked to leave or you choose to leave you will be refunded your
remaining rental fee minus the time you have stayed in the cabin up
to the time of the outage. If you choose to stay in a cabin during
an outage that will allow it, you are staying at your own risk and
we will not refund any rental fees due to the outage or
inconvenience. If there is an outage when you are in a cabin we
still require you to clean the cabin before you leave. We understand
that there are limitations during an outage such as vacuuming and
running other electrical appliances, but all other cleaning can be
done that does not require electricity i.e., cleaning
bathrooms/kitchens, washing dishes and making beds, etc... You will
be responsible for any cleaning that was not done by your group (see
#8).
- All of our cabins have telephones that provide
local phone service to the surrounding mountain communities.
All cabins will
accept incoming calls. To make outgoing phone calls you
will need a phone card or a credit card.
